Direct Support Professional - Residential

The direct support professional is responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals while teaching essential life skills such as cooking, hygiene, and employment tasks. They also assist with daily activities, transport participants to community events, and track individual progress through detailed reporting.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to obtain professional crisis management certification.
