Direct Support Professional - Day Program

The direct support professional is responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals while teaching essential life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene. They also assist with daily activities, community outings, and maintain accurate records of participant growth and progress.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50lbs and successfully complete mandatory professional crisis management certification.
