Child Care Lead Teacher

The lead teacher creates a safe, nurturing environment for children while implementing curriculum and building positive relationships with families. They are responsible for supervising classroom activities, maintaining equipment, and documenting child development progress.

Candidates must meet childcare licensing educational requirements and have at least one year of experience in a developmental setting. Certifications in cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention are required within 30 days of hire.
