RN Community Wellness Patient Educator - Community Outreach

The patient educator will assist the community outreach department in organizing and implementing wellness activities, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. They will also act as a liaison at events and track client outcomes.

Candidates must have an associate's degree and a current ohio nursing license, along with at least one year of medical office experience and six months of clinical nursing experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to lift 30-50 pounds are also required.
