2026-27 CT Associate Teacher -Relay Resident

The relay resident will provide individual or small group instruction while developing teaching skills through regular feedback and coaching from mentor teachers and school leaders. They are responsible for participating in school community activities, attending professional development, and assessing student progress to ensure a positive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree by the start date and possess a strong commitment to the mission of achievement first. The role requires a minimum gpa of 2.5 and the ability to work in a fast-Paced, collaborative educational environment.
