RI Building Sub (2026-27)

Teachers are responsible for creating a positive, achievement-Oriented, and structured learning environment that invests students in ambitious goals while building strong classroom community through family partnerships. They must utilize assessment data to drive instruction, implement lesson plans with their team, and exemplify the organization's core values in all interactions.

Candidates should possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, high levels of personal organization, and an openness to feedback for growth. A bachelor's degree with a minimum gpa of 3.0 is required, though candidates with a gpa between 2.5 and 3.0 may submit recommendations; two years of k-12 teaching experience is preferred.
