The incumbent is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and conducting orientation and structured learning programs for employees. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate employee records using the company's learning management system.

A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates should ideally have three years of experience in staff development and facilitation, along with knowledge of behavioral health and intellectual developmental disabilities programs.
