About the role

The Assistant Teacher will support lead teachers in shaping the future of young children through educational activities. They are responsible for maintaining a supportive classroom environment and adhering to state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

We're excited to announce that we're looking for a qualified Assistant Teacher to join our team! If you've completed EDU 119 or CDA and have additional semester hours of ECE classes, we would love to hear from you. Experience in a center setting is also a must. Pay Range $13.25—$15.50 USD

  • At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
  • EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
  • Experience teaching young children
  • A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
  • Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
