Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting in the preparation of an orderly learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate small-Group activities and foster a supportive classroom community.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. A genuine interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
