Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician implements direct behavior analytic services for children and young adults with autism under the supervision of a bcba or bcaba. They provide one-On-One interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing problematic behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age with a valid north dakota driver's license. Prior completion of 40-Hour rbt training and one year of experience in applied behavioral analysis are preferred.
