Mental Health Professional - School and Community Based (3160)

The mental health professional will provide direct trauma-Informed counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to clients in school and community settings. They are responsible for developing individualized service plans and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and medicaid standards.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a related field and possess a minimum of one year of experience working with the identified population. A current qmhp-T, qmhp-A, qmhp-C, or relevant professional licensure is required for the role.
