Behavior Analyst

The behavioral analyst conducts comprehensive client assessments and develops measurable treatment goals through individualized treatment plans. They provide direct care services and clinical supervision while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a relevant field and possess a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. An active pennsylvania license in a clinical or behavioral health discipline is required, along with the ability to pass criminal and child abuse background checks.
