Jr. Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will create a christ-Centered learning environment for children aged 2-3 while planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons. They are responsible for collaborating with the grade-Level team, communicating daily with families, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom.

Candidates must hold a cda, associate, or bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education and meet lead teacher licensing guidelines. The role requires the physical ability to lift 40 pounds and a commitment to the organization's christian mission and values.
