Toddler Lead Teacher

The toddler lead teacher is responsible for creating a christ-Centered learning environment and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 16-33 months. They must also collaborate with the grade-Level team, maintain classroom safety, and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.

Candidates must hold a cda, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early childhood or elementary education and meet licensing guidelines for lead qualification. The role requires the physical ability to lift 40 pounds and a commitment to christian ministry and faith-Based instruction.
