Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians deliver one-On-One aba therapy to clients under the supervision of a bcba to help build skills and confidence. They are also responsible for accurate data collection, session documentation, and maintaining a safe, collaborative learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and obtain rbt certification within 90 days of hire. Experience working with children and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
