Behavior Coach I

The behavior coach provides academic and behavioral intervention services to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs within the classroom. They collaborate with school staff to develop support plans, respond to crises, and implement evidence-Based strategies to improve student outcomes.

Candidates should have a baccalaureate degree in a human services field and at least six months to one year of experience working with emotionally impaired youth. Required certifications include bradley hospital crisis management, cpr, and ers/Safety/Osha certifications.
