Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and maintaining an orderly, engaging learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate individual and small-Group activities while fostering respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for early childhood education are essential.
