Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

The certified behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision, providing one-On-One therapy to develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors in clients with asd or developmental disabilities. Key duties include collecting real-Time data, assisting with life skills development, and communicating progress to caregivers.

Candidates must hold current rbt or state-Specific cbt certification, possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred in a related field), and have reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to perform physical tasks are also required.
