Registered Behavior Technician - Complex Behavior

The registered behavior technician provides direct client care by implementing applied behavior analysis protocols to reduce complex behaviors in children and adolescents. They are responsible for accurately collecting behavioral data and assisting in the implementation of specialized treatment assessments under clinical supervision.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. The role requires obtaining bls, rbt, and marcus crisis prevention program certifications within 90 days of employment.
