Diabetes Educator I

Provides diabetes self-Management education and medical nutrition therapy to patients while managing a distinct patient population. Collaborates with healthcare providers to develop individualized protocols and empower patients with behavior modifications to improve their quality of life.

Requires a bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition and current rd and cdces/Cde certifications. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent relevant experience and proficiency in diabetes monitoring equipment and emr software.
