Physical Therapist III, Home Health

The role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to enhance patient mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy school and hold a physical therapist license along with basic life support certification, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance for home health duties. A minimum of five years of recent relevant experience is required, along with strong skills in complex problem-Solving, clinical protocol development, and staff education.
