Healthy Families Kent County Family Support Specialist

The family support specialist provides in-Home visits to support parent-Child relationships, child development, and family well-Being. They are responsible for conducting screenings, offering referrals to community resources, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with program standards.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of progressive experience working with children and families and possess a valid driver's license. A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
