Licensed Clinical Foster Youth Mentoring Case Manager

The case manager will support the foster youth mentoring program by maintaining contact with caseloads and providing monthly support to mentors and mentees. They are responsible for administrative record keeping, ensuring compliance with program standards, and facilitating the match life cycle.

Candidates must hold a minimum of a master’s degree in social work or a related field and possess a valid ohio lsw or lpc license. Experience working with children, adolescents, and the foster care system is preferred.
