Behavior Technician Trainee (RBT Academy)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with students in a classroom setting to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and collaborating with school teams to meet student goals.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or 48 college credits, or have passed the parapro praxis assessment. A registered behavior technician certification is required or must be pursued upon hiring.
