Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (Ewa Beach, Kapolei)

The master substitute rbt will work directly with students in classrooms to implement behavior therapy techniques and support functional skill development. They are responsible for documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and collaborating with school teams to meet student goals.

Candidates must be a certified registered behavior technician with at least one year of experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Educational requirements include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits, or passage of the parapro praxis assessment.
