Full Time Direct Care Staff

The direct care staff provides trauma-Informed supervision and support to youth in a transitional living program, including daily living assistance and individualized service plan coordination. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting participant progress, and facilitating activities to promote independent living skills.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with youth in social service or related fields. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to fulfill transportation requirements.
