Youth Development Professional (Girls/Boca Raton/Split Shift)

The youth development professional provides direct care and supervision to children within a therapeutic group home program. Responsibilities include implementing behavior management systems, adhering to daily schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or adolescents. A valid florida driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
