Youth Development Professional (Girls/Lake Worth/Overnight)

The youth development professional is responsible for the direct care and supervision of children within the specialized therapeutic group home program. This role requires adherence to the established daily schedule, implementation of the behavior management system, and completion of all necessary documentation.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or adolescents. A valid florida driver's license is required, and registered behavior technicians are encouraged to apply.
