The bcaba will devise and monitor behavior-Based treatment plans for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for supervising behavior analysis technicians and coordinating with the leadership team to ensure effective service delivery.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and be a board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) in good standing with licensure in michigan. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks, physicals, and drug screens.
