Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

The bcba will design and implement behavioral treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities while providing clinical supervision to support staff. They will also conduct assessments, monitor data, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high-Quality care and program effectiveness.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and maintain active bcba certification and michigan state licensure. Previous supervisory experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record are required to perform the duties of this role.
