Career Advocate

The career advocate identifies employment barriers for participants and develops strategies to help them secure and retain employment. They also maintain accurate case records, facilitate job readiness training, and build relationships with local employers to create job pipelines.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in ms word and excel, along with the ability to navigate specialized databases, is required.
