Job description
- USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app Certified Athletic Training coverage for summer camps is determined by camper volume and the number of venues in use.
- Clinics, Day Camps, and Overnight Camps are all in need of coverage.
- ATCs are qualified to prevent, examine, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate emergent, acute, or chronic injuries.
- Communicate medical information with coaches, parents/guardians, and campers.
- Handle and distribute prescription medication.
- Diagnose injuries, including head injuries- A camper diagnosed with a head injury must obtain full medical clearance from a physician before returning.
- During the duration of camp, the athletic trainer will assist in basic coverage, EAPs, water supply, incident report forms, special needs/accommodation reports.
