Group Leader

The group leader is responsible for supervising youth in a safe, structured afterschool environment and facilitating engaging, project-Based activities. They must also maintain accurate documentation, ensure safety compliance, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience working with youth. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage diverse populations, and relevant background clearances are required.
