Success Mentor

Success mentors work with chronically absent students to identify barriers to attendance and support their academic, social, and emotional development. They collaborate with families and school staff to enhance student attendance and engagement.

A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in youth development and possess excellent communication and documentation skills.
