Preschool Aide

The childcare assistant teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-Being of children while implementing age-Appropriate curricula. They also maintain a clean, organized environment and foster positive relationships with children and their families.

The role requires a commitment to childcare and the ability to implement safety procedures and social-Emotional learning principles. Candidates must be able to work within the ymca's operational hours and follow all childcare policies and procedures.
