Provides direct client services under the supervision of a BCBA or BCBA-D. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) protocols.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and obtain RBT, BLS, and Crisis Prevention certifications within specified timeframes. A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology or Education is highly preferred.
