The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure high-Quality care and education.

Candidates must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and engage in physical activity with children.
