Job description
Responsibilities
- 1.
- Conduct room and building inspections to note any damage or required maintenance 2.
- Review inspection notes to assess damage 3.
- Submit damage charges into online billing software 4.
- Place work orders using Maintenance Direct to clean, conduct necessary maintenance and repair damage 5.
- Escort contractors and review contractor work to ensure proper completion of projects.
- 6.
- Perform office functions as required including answering phones, responding to emails, and submitting work orders, 7.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned 8.
- Adhere to the Residential Life Rules and Regulations, the Student Conduct Code, and all national, state, and local laws throughout the duration of your employment
Required Qualifications
All applicants must
- Be current Ithaca College undergraduate or graduate students at the time of hire through tenure of employment.
- Have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Be in good standing with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards
