Preschool Special Education Teacher BS

The teacher is responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) and lesson plans tailored to student goals. They also manage classroom behavior and maintain ongoing communication with parents, staff, and program directors.

Candidates must hold an initial nys certification in childhood education and students with disabilities (Birth – grade 2) or special education. A bachelor's degree is required, with a commitment to obtaining a master's degree within five years.
