Early Learning Specialist, Day Shift, The Lourie Center Head Start

The specialist will model experiences that advance children's cognitive, social, and emotional development while collaborating with educators and families to design inclusive learning environments driven by aggregated data. This role also involves supporting educator professional development through goal setting, focused observations, training registration, and providing regular reflective feedback.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood, human development, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience with children aged birth to five, including knowledge of emergent curricula. Applicants are also required to have reliable transportation and active american heart association basic life support certification.
