Autism Specialist Trainee / Behavior Technician - Broken Arrow

The behavior technician is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services and individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba. They must also maintain accurate data collection, ensure a safe learning environment, and provide consistent supervision for children.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete 40 hours of training and the rbt competency assessment. Additionally, applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screen to be eligible for the role.
