Job Description

Petal Path Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Guide to lead our weekday morning program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about child-led learning and creating a calm, engaging environment where children can explore and grow. Our program is Montessori-inspired and focuses on independence, hands-on learning, and fostering a love of exploration in young children.

Responsibilities

Guide children through a structured yet flexible Montessori-inspired morning Prepare and maintain a calm, organized classroom environment Support children in developing independence, social skills, and engagement Facilitate age-appropriate activities rooted in hands-on learning Communicate effectively with team members and families as needed

Qualifications

Experience working with young children (required) Montessori experience or training preferred but not required Strong classroom management and communication skills Warm, patient, and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team
