The Preschool Teacher will implement a Montessori-inspired, play-based curriculum while guiding children through daily practical life skills and structured activities. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean classroom environment and assisting with documentation for EEC licensure.
Candidates must hold an EEC Teacher Certification and have experience working with children ages 2–6. A strong understanding of child development and a collaborative, patient personality are essential for this role.
Support and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based and Montessori-inspired curriculum Create a calm, engaging, and organized classroom environment Guide children in practical life skills such as pouring, cleaning, food prep, and self-care Support social-emotional development and positive peer interactions Communicate effectively with families and team members Maintain a safe and clean classroom aligned with EEC standards Assist with documentation and preparation for EEC licensure as the program grows
