Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and facilitating individual or small-Group learning activities. They also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, beautiful environment and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates should have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, collaborative mindset. An interest in the montessori approach is required, though prior specific montessori experience is not mandatory.
