Vocational Support Associate

The vocational support associate provides onsite instruction, support, and encouragement to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities to help them meet employment and recreational goals. They also manage crisis situations, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate community and employer relationships.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, at least two years of competitive employment experience, and a valid driver's license with a good record. Additionally, applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and possess a reliable vehicle for transporting individuals.
