Key duties involve assisting individuals in meeting employment, volunteer, and recreational goals through skill teaching, support development, and maintaining positive contacts with employers and family members.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and two years of competitive employment experience, along with demonstrated clear oral and written communication skills. Essential requirements include proficiency in computer software, willingness to work in a team, ability to learn crisis management techniques, and possessing a valid driver's license with access to a safe vehicle.
