Behavior Technician/RBT (Paid Training)

Provide one-On-One aba therapy in client homes by implementing individualized behavior plans designed by a bcba. Collect session data, document client progress, and maintain regular communication with supervisors and caregivers.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to travel locally to client homes. Previous experience working with children in settings such as childcare, education, or healthcare is preferred.
