Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional supports students with complex needs by implementing individualized education plans and assisting with academic, therapeutic, and daily living activities. They ensure student safety and provide necessary physical support throughout the school day under the direction of teachers and therapists.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree and one to three years of experience in healthcare, childcare, or school-Based settings.
