About the Role

HJ Staffing is hiring a passionate and skilled School Psychologist to support the academic, emotional, and social success of students in the local school district. This role focuses on assessment, intervention, and consultation to ensure all students have equitable access to educational opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify learning and behavioral needs. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students, teachers, and families. Develop and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve student outcomes and school climate. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to student evaluation and services.

Qualifications

Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) credential required. Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks and special education processes. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Previous experience in a K–12 school environment preferred.
