Job description

  • We are currently seeking dedicated and certified Male Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
  • This role involves providing direct behavioral support to students within a school district setting.
  • We have an immediate primary need in the South Houston area, with additional locations across the district to be determined.
  • As an RBT, you will work closely with BCBAs and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans, foster a positive learning environment, and help students reach their social and academic goals.
  • Key Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Certification: Must hold an Active RBT Certification through the BACB.

Previous school-based experience is strictly required.
